1 Main Dish/ 1 Starch/ 2 Hot Veg / 1 Cold Dish
Package "B" : $15.25 per person
2 Main Dish/ 1 Starch/ 2 Hot Veg / 1 Cold Dish
Package "C" : $17.25 per person
3 Main Dish/ 1starch/ 2 Hot Veg/ 2 Cold Sides

Main Dish Choices:
Meatballs w/ choice of Sauce, Chicken Marsala w/ Mushrooms, Baked Sliced Ham w/
brown sugar/pinapple glaze, /Chicken Rosemary Chardonnay w/ Lemon/Butter
Sauce, Teryaki Chicken, Boneless Pork Chops, Sliced Turkey Breast in Gravy,
Polynesian Chicken, Beef Noodles, Lasagna, Sliced Beef Brisket, Grilled Chicken w/
Wine Sauce, Honey Baked Ham, Roast Beef, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken
Parmesan, Sliced Roast Beef w/ Burgundy Sauce.

Hot Veg. Choices:
Green Beans w/ Bacon and onions, Buttered Corn, California Blend Mixed
Vegetables, Peas and Carrots, Buttered Carrots w/ Brown Sugar Glaze.

Starch Choices:
Mashed Potatoes w/ Gravy, Rice Pilaf, Pasta w/ Sauce (Alfredo or Marinara)
Scalloped Potatoes, Peeled Baby Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Baked
Potatoes (add $0.25 per person) Spicy Macaroni and Cheese.

Cold Side Dish:
Fruit pieces, (best available for season) Cottage Cheese, Cole Slaw, Potatoe Salad

All Packages include:  Salad w/ 3 dressings and Made from scratch Dinner
Rolls with Butter.  Also includes glass plates, silverware, set-up, serving, clean
up of food table area, table linens for food tables, delivery as stated in our
delivery policy.  All pricing subject to Kansas sales tax.

Drinks:
Our drinks are designed and priced for service with the main meal.  When
dinner is over and we pack up to leave, the lemonade, tea and coffee will
be packed up at that time also.  Any canned soft drinks and bottled waters
left over from the meal will be left for you.  If you are planning a DJ and
your guest need drinks later in the evening, we suggest you order
additional soft drinks/waters.
Price includes cups and ice, lemons, and sweetener for the iced tea,
sugar, sweetener, and  cream for the coffee.

   Coffee: $1.25 per cup (50 cup min)
   Canned Soft Drinks:
 $1.50 each
   Bottled Water:     $1.00 each
   Ice Tea/Lemonade    $1.25 per person


The Grand Reception:
Many Brides have said that their biggest cause of wedding -planning stress is
trying to find the time to devote to all of the decisions necessary in planning a
wedding event.  We've tried to keep it simple for you with a package that takes
care of your entire reception.
The cost for this package: $32.00 per person and includes:

Salad w/ 3 Dressings
Dinner Rolls w/ Butter
The Wedding Cake Package:
Wedding Cake

Cups, Plates, and Forks
Additional Items:
Lemonade, Tea
Plates, Silverware, staffing
Set-Up, delivery (within the policy)
Cutting and serving of the wedding cake
Food table lines, clean up of the food table area(s)

Chocolate Fountains:
This fabulous array of decadent delight for you and your guest is available for less
then you think.  This is a wonderful and inexpensive way to entertain your guest while
they are waiting for you to finish with pictures or for your arrival at the reception hall.  
Our Chocolate Fountains Include:
Chocolate Fountain
Chocolate, 4 dipping items, skewers
Set-up, fountain attendant
Disposable table lines, disposable plates
                                                        $6.00 per person


Payment Schedule:
$100.00 non-refundable deposit to save the date.  50% of estimated total 30 days
prior to the date of the event.  Final head count due one week prior to the event.  
Balance due three business days prior to event.
All prices are based on 150 guest.  Add $1.00 to any menu price for an event under
150.
Prices do not include guest table linens, additional set up or tear down that might be
required, or additional fees to certain facilities.

are on Saturday evenings and Sundays.
